This paper presents the HEART Interface, a visualization system designed to communicate risk score uncertainty to clinicians in the cardiothoracic ICU. The work addresses a critical challenge in clinical decision support: helping care teams interpret and act on probabilistic risk scores in high-stakes perioperative settings.
